Keepers are the Policing units of the Light Council. They are separated into three units
Order of the Star
The Order of the Star is the investigative unit of the Keepers. They enforce the Concords and National Laws among the Adepts and Mages.
Order of the Shield
The Order of the Shield is the military unit of the Keepers.
Order of the Cloak
The Order of the Cloak is the unit that deals with non-mage issues.
